Emotional Resistance


Often Busines Owners seem to have an Emotional Resistance to listening and trying somehting new, even though they say they want to apply a fresh approach, theuy actually resist it with phrases like:

  • That does not apply to my Industry

  • I don't like that wording

  • I don't like it that way

What the business owner totally forgets is:

It's not about you, the Business Owner, it's about your Customers!!
